CANCELLATION POLICY
Each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. ~There is a 15 minute grace period for late appointments, after that you will be charged 100% of service price. ~Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service total. ~No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
